New YouGov Poll – Tories Now 6% Ahead of Labour

There is a new YouGov poll reported in tomorrow’s Sun newspaper, showing the Conservative lead increasing yet again to 6% over Labour:

            Conservative              43% (no change)

            Labour                       37% (down 1%)

                                          Lib Dem                     12% (up 1%)

The Conservatives seem to be slowly stretching their lead over Labour and the Lib Dems are up a notch to 12%.

Despite the good news for both coalition parties in their poll ratings the Government’s approval rating has taken a sharp turn for the worse, down to -4% (38% approve – 42% disapprove).

Changes shown are compared to the last daily YouGov poll I reported yesterday.
