New YouGov Poll – Labour Lead at 7%

There is a new YouGov poll published in tomorrow’s Sun newspaper showing Labour’s lead over the Conservatives increasing slightly to 7%:

                Conservative 36% (down 1%)

                Labour 43% (no change)

                                                 Lib Dem 9% (up 1%)

The Government’s approval rating is at -26% (29% approve and 55% disapprove).YouGov has recently been showing higher Labour shares and leads than other major pollsters.

Changes shown are compared to the last daily YouGov poll I reported on 7 July.

  1. I notice there are more complaints in local papers about the Jackon’s Corner traffic lights which you decided to turn off. However, no council spokesman seems to have taken up your good idea to sugggest wheelchair users simply wheel themselves 100 yards up the road to the nearest set of traffic lights in order to feel safe enough to cross the road. It seems to me that these disabled people do nothing but moan when they could very well do with the exercise you are giving them in wheeling up and down streets to cross roads. Wheelchair users weren’t like that in our day, were they !
