  2. Here’s my take on the Reshuffle

    Jeremy Hunt to Health Secretary
SJF GOOD! He has come across as a moderate so hopefully he will be more suited to care for rather then damage the NHS. let’s give him a fair chance.

    Patrick McLoughlin to Transport Secretary
SJF It will be interesting to see where he stands on LHR 31

    Andrew Mitchell to Chief Whip
SJF Glad he’s out of Overseas Aid. A dedicated Roon so he will try to impose Dave’s will on backbenchers. will he do better than his predecessor?

Andrew Lansley to leader of the House of Commons
SJF Hopefully he will be better at this than as Health Secretary

Justine Greening to International Development Secretary
SJF Nobbled for opposing Heathrow 3 . I hope she brings some economic rigour to Overseas Rip-off, I mean Aid and stops giving our money away to nations with Nukes and a Space programme.

    Owen Paterson to Environment Secretary
SJF I never rated this guy to be honest as he sided with the rotted corpse of the UUP and allied the Conservatives to it in Ulster in May 2010 with disastrous results not winning a single seat and losing the DUP Leader his Belfast East Constituency. I hope he doesn’t mess up the Environment.

Ken Clarke to Minister without Portfolio
SJF I liked Ken as a person though felt he was too soft in Law and Order. Perhaps he can be of assistance in this role? i assume he will stand down in 2015?

Baroness Warsi to Foreign Office minister
    SJF GOOD RIDDANCE!
    Damian Green to police minister.
SJF This could be an interesting appointment.

    Mark Harper to immigration minister
SJF I can’t say i know anything about this man.

    Mark Hoban to employment minister.
    SJF Same as Harper

    Michael Fallon to business minister
SJF Should counterbalance Vice Cable on some issues. Could be an interesting team.

    Mark Prisk to housing minister.
SJF Can’t say i know a lot about him. can he solve our lack of homes for first time buyers?

Lib Dem Norman Lamb to care services minister
SJF He can’t do any worse in that difficult role than anyone else.

Finally I have to say a word about David Laws. he did wrong, he confessed to it, paid back the money and has served his punishment. Even I who do NOT like Lib-Dem am prepared top give him a second chance.

So that’s my take on it. It will be of interest to see how it pans out in a year or so’s time.
