New YouGov Poll – Labour Lead Still in Single Digits

There is a new YouGov poll in today’s Sunday Times newspaper showing Labour’s lead still in single digits at just 7%:

                   Conservative               34% (down 1%)

                   Labour                         41% (no change)

                                                     Lib Dem                       12% (no change)

                                                     UKIP                               8% (up 1%)

While this week’s Sun YouGov polls have jumped around a bit this poll suggests that the post EU speech bounce enjoyed by David Cameron and the Conservatives is continuing. The changes are within the margin of error and the Lib Dems remain at their recent high, with YouGov well ahead of UKIP.

Changes shown are compared to the last YouGov poll I reported on 27 January.
